About

Design an email signature that pastes cleanly into Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail — five table-based templates, rich copy or HTML source.

How to use it

  1. 1Enter your name, title, contact details and social links.
  2. 2Pick a template, accent colour and font; add a hosted logo or photo URL if you have one.
  3. 3Click Copy signature, then paste it into your email client's signature settings (steps shown for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
  4. 4Or copy the HTML source / download the .html file for other clients.
You give
Contact details, links, colours and an optional public image URL.
You get
A rendered signature on your clipboard (HTML + plain text), its HTML source, or an .html file.
Good to know
Images must be hosted at a public https:// URL — uploaded images can't be embedded reliably in email. Rich copy needs a modern browser (falls back to select-and-copy). Some clients (e.g. Outlook desktop) ignore rounded corners on images.

FAQ

Why are signatures built with tables?

Email clients — especially Outlook, which renders with Word — ignore most modern CSS. Nested tables with inline styles are the layout that displays consistently everywhere.

Why doesn't my logo show when I paste?

The image must be publicly reachable over https. Host it on your website (or a public image host) and paste that URL. Data/uploaded images are often stripped by Gmail and Outlook.
