What it does
When installed, the agent can help a business decide on a small alumni record for former employees: exit date, role held, one line on why they left, and when to revisit them for an open role. On request it produces empty templates in CSV, SQL, JSON Schema or a Notion import mapping. It begins with a short recommendation rather than a spreadsheet, and asks only the questions it needs.
Great for
- Small business owners or HR leads who want to track former staff for possible re-hiring
- Operations people moving an informal alumni list from a sheet or inbox into a structured format
- Developers who want a starter schema for an alumni table
Skip it if
- Payroll, tax or legal questions, which the skill explicitly excludes
- Storing real employee or customer personal data, since the skill only produces empty templates and its sample rows include personal-looking fields; check privacy rules and consent before using contact details
- Large HR systems that already track alumni, where this adds little
Try asking
- “Set up a simple alumni and re-hire tracker for my company of 40 people”
- “Turn our alumni list in this spreadsheet into a CSV template with re-engage dates”
- “Give me a PostgreSQL table definition for tracking former employees and eligibility”
- “Is our current process for tracking ex-employees sensible? Here is how we do it now”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Ask for a recommendation first; request CSV, SQL or Notion output only when you need the file.
- Do not paste real personal contact details into the chat unless your data handling rules allow it.
- Check that the Notion output is handled by the separate notion-manual-import skill, which the file references but which is not included here.
