What it does

When installed, the agent asks a few targeted questions about how your 360-degree or peer feedback process works, then recommends the simplest workflow and data structure that fits. It only adds fields you actually confirm, such as reviewer, due date or score, and records anything you don't know as Unknown rather than guessing. On request it produces empty templates in CSV, SQL, JSON Schema or Notion mapping format, all derived from one shared field list so they stay consistent.

Great for

  • HR or people-ops staff setting up a 360 review or peer feedback cycle
  • Small business owners who currently track feedback in spreadsheets or email and want a cleaner structure
  • Team leads running feedback on projects, customers or teams rather than employees

Skip it if

  • Payroll, tax, legal or employment-decision work, which the skill explicitly declines to automate
  • Anyone expecting automated analysis or scoring of real feedback data, since the skill produces templates and recommendations rather than analytics

Try asking

  • “Help me set up a 360 feedback process for my 40-person company and tell me what fields I actually need.”
  • “Turn our current feedback spreadsheet into a clean CSV template with empty columns.”
  • “Give me a SQL DDL and JSON Schema for tracking peer feedback responses in a review cycle.”
  • “Create a Notion database mapping for our quarterly 360 reviews.”
Step-by-step guide: how to use 360 Feedback SystemInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    360-feedback-system.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip 360-feedback-system.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip 360-feedback-system.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Describe your current process (who reviews whom, how often, whether responses are anonymous) so the agent can skip unnecessary questions.
  • Ask for only the artifacts you need; the default output is a short recommendation, not a spreadsheet.
  • Answer multiple-choice questions explicitly (e.g. identified or anonymous), since vague replies like 'maybe' will be re-asked.
