What it does
When installed, the agent acts as a solutions architect at the start of an AI project. It checks the project folder: if it is empty, it interviews you about the goal, audience and desired result; if code already exists, it scans the stack and possible technical debt, asks what to improve, and gives a short diagnosis before changing anything. It can then propose 3-5 existing skills by ID and write tareas.md and plan_implementacion.md files, in Spanish by default. The skill's instructions are written in Spanish and it is meant to be used at the very beginning of a project.
