What it does
This skill teaches an AI agent to review how a website or app sends conversion and measurement data to advertising platforms through server-side tagging (such as Google's server-side GTM or Meta and TikTok conversion APIs). The agent checks whether browser and server events match, whether duplicates and missing IDs are handled, whether consent and hashing are correct, and whether the numbers reconcile with real business conversions. It returns a prioritised list of findings with verification steps, and it is instructed not to change production tracking during an audit.
Great for
- Marketing or analytics teams troubleshooting lost or doubled conversions in Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads
- Developers maintaining a server-side GTM container or Conversions API integration
- Privacy-conscious teams reviewing what personal data leaves their site
Skip it if
- Simple browser-only pixel setups with no server component, where the checklist adds little value
- Anyone expecting the skill to fix tracking automatically; it is designed to audit and report, not to change production systems
- Legal compliance decisions on consent or privacy; the output is a technical review and should be checked by counsel
Try asking
- “Audit my server-side GTM setup for Meta CAPI and tell me why conversions are being double-counted”
- “Check whether my event_id values match between the browser pixel and the server events”
- “Review how we hash email addresses and which user data we send to TikTok Events API”
- “Find where our conversion data is being lost between the website and Google Ads”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Provide sanitised samples of real event payloads and diagnostic logs rather than live credentials; the skill asks the agent not to retain raw identifiers.
- Ask for the findings in priority order with owners and verification steps, then have an engineer confirm each one in a staging environment before changing production.
- Pair the audit with the platform's own test-event or diagnostics tools to reconcile what the agent reports against what the ad platform actually receives.
