FAQ

How is LTV calculated?

LTV = ARPA × gross margin ÷ monthly churn. With $49 ARPA, 80% margin and 3% churn, LTV ≈ $1,307. It's undefined at 0% churn, which is why the tool warns you.

What is a good LTV:CAC ratio?

Around 3:1 or better is the common rule of thumb for subscription businesses, with CAC paid back in under 12 months. Below 1:1 you lose money on every customer.
