About
Remove duplicate rows from a CSV by the whole row or chosen key columns, with case-insensitive and whitespace-tolerant matching.
How to use it
- 1Paste CSV or drop a file.
- 2Tick the column(s) that identify a duplicate — for example email — or leave all unticked to compare whole rows.
- 3Choose whether to ignore case and spaces, and whether to keep the first or last occurrence.
- 4Download the unique rows, and review the removed rows if you want to double-check.
- You give
- CSV/TSV with or without a header row
- You get
- De-duplicated CSV or JSON, plus the list of removed rows
- Good to know
- Matching is exact after the optional case/space normalisation — it does not do fuzzy matching (e.g. “Jon” vs “John”). Files up to roughly 50–100 MB work on a desktop browser (big files are streamed in chunks); phones may run out of memory sooner. The preview shows the first 200 rows, downloads include every row.

FAQ
Can I dedupe by email only, even if other columns differ?
Yes. Tick only the email column. Rows with the same email count as duplicates and only the first (or last) one is kept.
Does row order change?
No. Kept rows stay in their original order.
