What it does

When installed, the agent follows a fixed checklist for Laravel PHP projects before a pull request or deployment. It runs the project's own commands in order: version checks, Composer validation, code style (Pint), static analysis (PHPStan or Psalm), tests with coverage, a dependency security audit, a dry-run of database migrations, cache warm-ups, and queue and scheduler status checks. It stops at the first failing stage. The skill is written in Spanish, and it is one of ECC's translated docs.

Great for

  • Laravel developers who want a repeatable pre-PR or pre-release check
  • Teams setting up a CI-style pipeline for a Laravel app
  • Developers preparing a staging or production deployment who want a checklist the agent follows

Skip it if

  • Non-PHP or non-Laravel projects, since the commands are Laravel and PHP specific
  • Running the active queue healthcheck against production: the skill says it should only run in non-production environments, but an agent could still misapply it if the environment is misidentified
  • Replacing human review of destructive migrations, since the skill only asks the agent to look for them

Try asking

  • “Run the Laravel verification loop before I open this pull request”
  • “Check whether this project is ready to deploy to staging”
  • “Run the CI-style pipeline: lint, static analysis, tests with coverage, and audit”
  • “Review my migrations for destructive changes before I run them”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Laravel Verification LoopInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    laravel-verification.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip laravel-verification.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip laravel-verification.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Run the skill from the project root so vendor/bin paths resolve correctly
  • Review the migration output with migrate --pretend before running real migrations, and keep backups for any data-loss changes
  • Only use the active queue healthcheck on staging with a non-sync queue connection
