About

How to use it

- 2Enter times as 09:00, 17:30 or 9:15 pm; an end earlier than the start means the next day.
- 3Optionally subtract a break, or build a list of durations with + and −.
- 4Read the result in h:mm:ss, decimal hours and minutes.
- You give

- You get

FAQ
How do I convert minutes to decimal hours for a timesheet?
Divide minutes by 60: 7h 45m = 7 + 45/60 = 7.75 hours. The calculator shows decimal hours for every result.
What if a shift goes past midnight?
Just enter the end time; if it’s earlier than the start, the calculator adds 24 hours automatically.
