About

Turn discovery notes into a winning proposal with AI: client problems in their words, good-better-best options, full draft, buyer red-team and follow-ups.

How to use it

  1. 1Paste discovery notes and describe the client, your offer, budget signals and real proof.
  2. 2Synthesise the notes and design three options.
  3. 3Draft the proposal, then red-team it as the client's CFO in a new chat.
  4. 4Write the cover email and follow-ups.
You give
Client, discovery notes, your offer, budget and decision process, case studies and pricing model.
You get
Prompts producing a discovery synthesis, scoped options, a proposal draft, a buyer critique and an email sequence.
Good to know
This tool doesn't run an AI model: it builds expert prompts from your inputs for you to use in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (free or paid plans). “Open in” links put the prompt in the link to chatgpt.com / claude.ai and only appear for prompts under 2,000 characters; Gemini has no prefill link, so we copy the prompt for you. Inputs and progress are saved in this browser only. AI output can be wrong — each step includes a check. Prices are left as placeholders for you to set.

FAQ

Should I paste client call notes into an AI tool?

Only if your contract and your AI plan's data settings allow it. Remove personal or sensitive details first — the workflow doesn't need them.

Why red-team in a new chat?

A model reviewing text it just wrote tends to approve it. A fresh chat role-playing the buyer's CFO finds more real objections.

Is my information sent anywhere?

Not by this page. Your inputs are filled into the prompts in your browser and saved locally. Text only leaves your device when you click Open in ChatGPT/Claude (the prompt is in the link) or paste it into an AI app yourself — so follow your organisation's rules about what you share with AI tools.
