About

Turn a meeting transcript into an accurate summary: evidence-backed decisions and actions, honest owners and dates, a follow-up email and a task CSV.

How to use it

  1. 1Paste the transcript and list attendees and roles.
  2. 2Run the extraction prompt — every action needs a quote and timestamp.
  3. 3Generate the summary, follow-up email and task CSV.
  4. 4Run the final accuracy check before sending.
You give
Meeting type, attendees, summary audience and the transcript.
You get
Prompts producing evidence-backed decisions and actions, a summary, a follow-up email, a task CSV and an accuracy check.
Good to know
This tool doesn't run an AI model: it builds expert prompts from your inputs for you to use in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (free or paid plans). “Open in” links put the prompt in the link to chatgpt.com / claude.ai and only appear for prompts under 2,000 characters; Gemini has no prefill link, so we copy the prompt for you. Inputs and progress are saved in this browser only. AI output can be wrong — each step includes a check. Long transcripts exceed the link length, so use Copy and paste.

FAQ

How do I stop the AI inventing action items?

The extraction prompt only accepts actions that were explicitly said, requires a quote and timestamp for each, and uses 'Unassigned' or 'No date' rather than guessing.

Do I need consent to record and summarise meetings?

Often, yes — recording and consent laws vary by country and state, and many companies have policies. Tell attendees and get agreement before recording.

Is my information sent anywhere?

Not by this page. Your inputs are filled into the prompts in your browser and saved locally. Text only leaves your device when you click Open in ChatGPT/Claude (the prompt is in the link) or paste it into an AI app yourself — so follow your organisation's rules about what you share with AI tools.
