What it does

When installed, the agent can take a single document you point it to and send it to Google's NotebookLM service, which generates a slide deck with a warm, kawaii (cute Japanese style) look and narrative flow. The agent sets up the required command-line tool, creates a notebook, uploads the document, and starts generation, then gives you a link to the notebook; NotebookLM notifies you when the deck is ready. If your document is thin, the skill tells the agent to draft a longer one first.

Great for

  • People who want a shareable, story-style slide deck from a single report or write-up
  • Users already comfortable with NotebookLM and a Google account
  • Anyone who wants a quick visual summary of one long document

Skip it if

  • Documents containing credentials, customer data, or unreleased product information, because the content is uploaded to a Google service
  • Users who need video or podcast output, which the skill explicitly excludes
  • Work needing multiple sources combined into one deck, since the skill is built for exactly one source document

Try asking

  • “Wowerpoint this report.md”
  • “Make a slide deck about q3-planning.txt”
  • “Turn this report into slides”
  • “Kawaii-deck this”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Wowerpoint Slide DecksInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the Apache-2.0 licence and an attribution note.

    wowerpoint.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip wowerpoint.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip wowerpoint.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Check the document for sensitive content before asking for a deck, since it is uploaded to Google NotebookLM.
  • If generation is rate-limited, wait 5 to 10 minutes or use the NotebookLM web interface to generate the deck manually.
  • Pass your own prompt verbatim if you have one; the default prompt sets the kawaii style, and there is no separate style flag.
