What it does

This skill teaches an AI agent to carry out the implementation step of a code review workflow on a GitHub pull request. It takes review items that were already marked for fixing, makes the code changes, commits them in logical steps, posts 'On it' and 'Done' comments on GitHub, resolves the matching review threads, and updates a local status file. It is one phase of a larger review process and expects earlier phases to have produced the input file.
