What it does

This skill lets an AI agent act like a shopping catalogue for other agent skills. You give it a search term, and it checks a list of saved online skill registries (collections of skill folders, such as GitHub repos), matches the term against skill names and descriptions, and shows you what it found. You can then ask it to display the full instructions file of any match so you can read it before deciding whether to install. It does not install anything itself; a separate installer skill does that.

  • Keep the watchlist short and limited to sources you trust, since each added registry becomes a place future installs can come from
  • Always use the 'view full SKILL.md' step and read scripts or network calls in a skill before installing it
  • Use specific search terms such as a practice area plus a task, since matching is simple keyword matching rather than fuzzy search
