What it does

The agent searches your mailbox for messages carrying a specific label (the example uses one called needs-review), reads the content of each match, and sends a new email with that content to another address you choose. It relies on the separate gws command-line tool and the gws-gmail skill to actually access Gmail.

Get better results

  • Replace the example address manager@company.com and the label name with your own before running, and check the recipient carefully.
  • Ask the agent to list matching messages first and confirm them before it forwards anything.
  • Note that the recipe's forwarding step sends a new email with the original body pasted in, not a true Gmail forward, so attachments may not carry over.
