What it does

When installed, the agent writes a pull request description using a fixed template: a one-line summary with the smallest useful diagram or code view, before/after evidence copied from earlier verification output, and a note on how easily the change can be rolled back. It is designed to reuse what the session already produced rather than gather new evidence, and to use the project's glossary terms so outside reviewers understand it.

Great for

  • Developers who open or update PRs after a multi-step agent-assisted change in the oh-my-claudecode workflow
  • Reviewers who want a consistent PR structure with evidence and rollback notes
  • Teams already using the verify protocol, ADRs and GLOSSARY.md

Skip it if

  • Projects without the oh-my-claudecode verify pipeline or ADRs: the skill depends on those artifacts and will have little to consume
  • Anyone expecting it to run tests or prove claims itself: per the file it never re-collects evidence, so unverified work will only be described, not checked

Try asking

  • “Draft the PR body for this change using the verify output from the last session”
  • “Write a PR description with a before/after test result and a rollback note”
  • “Prepare the PR body for the completion report at the end of this phase”
Step-by-step guide: how to use PR Body DrafterInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    pr.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip pr.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip pr.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Run the verify step before invoking this skill so there is real evidence to quote
  • Keep GLOSSARY.md current, since the skill uses its terms for the PR text
  • Review the drafted rollback classification yourself before pasting it into the PR
