What it does

This is a small compatibility shim for the oh-my-claudecode plugin. When you invoke the skill command, the agent opens the full skill instructions stored in the plugin's skills folder and follows them, passing along whatever arguments you typed. It exists so the command stays available without loading a long description into every session.
