What it does

When you paste a passage, file or URL and ask for it to be explained deeply, the agent works through it the way a study companion would: it finds the main argument, ties abstract ideas to concrete situations, explains why a conclusion follows and where it stops holding, and offers a new case to check whether you can apply the idea. Output is shown in the chat by default; nothing is saved to files unless you ask.

  • Students or professionals who want a hard academic or technical passage made understandable
  • Readers who think they understood something but want to test their transfer with a new example
  • People who want a Chinese explanation of an English passage with key terms checked against the original

Skip it if

  • Simple translation with no explanation, since the skill focuses on understanding and reasoning rather than translating
  • Whole-book breakdowns or pure concept maps, which the skill explicitly excludes
  • Fetching sources the agent cannot read: if the page or file body cannot be obtained, it reports the gap instead of guessing from titles
