Once installed, the agent organizes your project description, interview notes, or business plan into the classic nine-block Business Model Canvas, covering customers, value, channels, relationships, revenue, costs and more. It marks each point as given by your material, inferred, or unknown, and renders a Chinese-language PNG poster plus an editable HTML file and structured JSON. It is designed to avoid inventing numbers or facts that your material does not support.
