What it does

When a teacher asks for a grade-and-subject lesson in OpenMAIC, the agent follows this skill to plan an interactive classroom built around a real-world context, a performance task, and observable evidence of learning, aligned to the Chinese 2022 curriculum standards' core-literacy model. It loads subject reference guides, proposes a page-by-page plan for teacher approval, then creates the stage, roles, pages and narration in the OpenMAIC system. It does not produce a Word lesson plan or lesson.json.

Great for

  • Chinese K-12 teachers building an OpenMAIC classroom around core literacy
  • Curriculum designers adapting existing OpenMAIC stages to 2022 standards language
  • Developers who want an example of a domain-specific SKILL.md with reference files

Skip it if

  • Teachers outside the Chinese curriculum framework, since the references target Chinese standards wording (reason: content would be mis-aligned)
  • Users who need a finished textbook-aligned lesson, since the skill says it does not align to specific editions unless the teacher supplies them (reason: may give a generic plan)
  • Anyone expecting it to run without an OpenMAIC environment, since its tools (create_stage, generate_scene, generate_tts) belong to that platform (reason: will not work elsewhere)

Try asking

  • “Design a 45-minute Grade 8 physics lesson on projectile range using an authentic sports-field context”
  • “Reshape my existing OpenMAIC history stage so the pages center on a primary source task”
  • “Plan a primary Chinese lesson around a campus open-day guide-writing task”
