What it does

Once installed, the agent reviews one game design document (GDD) before it goes to programmers. It checks that required sections are present, that the numbers and facts don't contradict each other or a shared registry of project facts, and that the design can actually be built. It can run in a full mode that delegates to specialist sub-agents, a lean single-session mode, or a solo mode for use inside other skills. It also skips re-reviewing a document that is byte-identical to its last review.

Get better results

  • Pass the document path and mode explicitly, for example --review lean, so the depth of review is predictable; --review overrides the older --depth flag
  • Keep the registry (design/registry/entities.yaml) up to date so cross-document checks are meaningful
  • Treat the verdict as a checklist to act on, and still have a human designer read the flagged findings
