What it does

Once installed, the agent can take an article page stored in a gbrain knowledge base that is just a wall of extracted text and rewrite it into a structured page. The rewritten page has an executive summary, a why-it-matters section tied to the user's own projects, three to five verbatim quotes, key insights, a surprising-points section, and links to related pages. The original raw text is kept in a collapsed section so nothing is lost.

Great for

  • People who save many articles into a personal gbrain knowledge base and want them easier to reuse
  • Writers who want quotable, referenceable notes from long articles
  • Teams batch-processing article dumps that were ingested with a needs_enrichment flag

Skip it if

  • Users who do not run gbrain: the skill depends on its page format, query and write operations, so it will not help on its own elsewhere
  • Articles where exact quotes matter legally or academically and the output has not been checked, since the model may paraphrase instead of quoting verbatim (the file admits Sonnet sometimes does)
  • Pages that must not be modified automatically, because the skill rewrites and overwrites page content and clears flags

Try asking

  • “enrich this article”
  • “batch enrich the article pages that still need enrichment”
  • “make brain pages useful for the article about pricing strategy”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Article EnrichmentInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    article-enrichment.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip article-enrichment.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip article-enrichment.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Spot-check five enriched pages for verbatim quotes before trusting a batch, and switch to Opus if quotes are paraphrased
  • Keep a backup or version history of brain pages before a batch run, since the skill overwrites the content section and clears the needs_enrichment flag
  • Check that the page's related people and company links were added correctly after the run
