About

Plan a video frame by frame: add sketches or stills, shot type, camera move, duration and dialogue, see total runtime, then print or export.

How to use it

  1. 1Name your storyboard and add frames.
  2. 2For each frame add an optional image, shot type, camera move, duration and dialogue/notes.
  3. 3Reorder or duplicate frames — the total runtime updates.
  4. 4Print / save as PDF, or export HTML, JSON or CSV.
You give
Your shot ideas and optional images or sketches
You get
Printable storyboard (PDF via print), standalone HTML, JSON (re-openable) and CSV
Good to know
Nothing is saved automatically — export JSON to keep working later. Including images makes HTML/JSON exports large. PDF export uses your browser's print dialog.

FAQ

How do I make a PDF?

Click Print / Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. The layout is landscape with frames kept whole across pages.

Can I reopen a storyboard later?

Yes — export JSON (with images if you like) and use Open JSON next time.

Do I need drawings?

No. Images are optional; many people plan with shot types, durations and dialogue only, or drop in reference stills.
