This skill teaches an AI agent to run a built-in lint engine over an Obsidian notes vault (a folder of linked Markdown pages) and report structural problems: dead or ambiguous links, orphan pages, missing frontmatter fields such as title, empty sections, stale index entries, and provenance ledger violations. It only observes and reports; it does not rewrite files, and any repair must be a separate, reviewed step with the user choosing what to fix.
