What it does

Once installed, the agent reviews a company's software and service vendors as an operations or IT vendor-management office would. It takes a JSON catalog of vendors, runs bundled Python scripts to score each vendor 0-100 with industry-tuned weights, measures SLA compliance against contract targets and flags likely service-credit claims, and classifies third-party risk. It then recommends KEEP, REVIEW or REPLACE for each vendor, aimed at deciding renewals before contracts come due.
