What it does

Once installed, when you give the agent a meeting transcript or notes, it produces a tidy summary with the date, who attended, the main topic, key discussion points, decisions made, action items with owners and due dates, and open questions. It writes in plain, simple language and saves the result as a markdown file named by date and topic. It can also look up background material online if a meeting references something it needs context on.

Great for

  • Product managers and team leads who need quick recaps of meetings
  • Teams that want consistent meeting minutes and clear action item owners
  • People catching up after missing a meeting who need the key decisions fast

Skip it if

  • Meetings where accuracy is legally or financially critical and no one checks the output, since the agent may misread or invent details from a transcript
  • Transcripts containing sensitive or confidential content you do not want sent to an AI service or searched online

Try asking

  • “Summarize this meeting transcript into structured notes with action items: [paste transcript]”
  • “Create meeting minutes from my notes file for yesterday's roadmap review”
  • “Recap the discussion on pricing and list who owns each next step”

    Ask for the task

No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Provide the full transcript with speaker names so participants and owners are identified correctly.
  • Check the due dates and owners in the output, since the agent may fill in missing details that were never stated.
  • Tell the agent the meeting date and topic if the transcript does not include them, so the saved file name is correct.
