What it does

This is a placeholder copy of a code review skill. It tells the agent that code review now lives in a different repository (phuryn/product-engineering, in its ai-shipping plugin). If that plugin is already installed, the agent is told to use it instead. If not, the agent tells the user where it moved, gives install commands, and then helps with the review task as it normally would without a skill.
