What it does

Claude Code can save notes to its auto-memory (MEMORY.md) as it learns how a project works. This skill lets you take a pattern that has been proven in those notes and rewrite it as a short, direct instruction in CLAUDE.md or a scoped file under .claude/rules/, so the agent treats it as a standing rule in future sessions. It searches memory for matching entries, suggests where the rule belongs, rewrites it in imperative form, and removes the original note after you confirm.
