What it does
When installed, the agent works through a structured nine-part template called the Product Strategy Canvas for a product you describe. It covers vision, target customer segments, cost position, value propositions, what you will not do, a north star metric, growth channels, required capabilities and defensibility. It then lists the assumptions that must hold true and suggests cheap experiments to test them. It is a thinking and writing framework that produces a strategy document, not a tool that checks real market data.
