What it does

Once installed, the agent can document an internal business process (such as procurement intake or employee onboarding) as a text swim-lane diagram, then measure how long each stage takes and how much of that time is waiting rather than real work. It runs bundled Python scripts to rank bottlenecks by severity and check whether a value-add ratio is healthy, typical, or waste-heavy, then recommends one fix aimed at the main constraint.

Great for

  • Operations leads or COOs who suspect a process is slow but cannot name the bottleneck
  • Process-improvement owners who already have rough stage-level timing data
  • Teams documenting a cross-functional handoff that keeps dropping work

Skip it if

  • Sales-pipeline or lead-funnel analysis, which the skill explicitly excludes; it is for internal operations only
  • Processes with no timing data at all, since the skill's own assumptions say to instrument the process first

Get better results
