What it does

When you have upcoming customer, prospect, or partner meetings, this skill makes the agent gather context about the meeting and its attendees, then produce a single meeting brief or a chronological agenda for several meetings. It ranks which meetings matter most, asks you to choose when a request is ambiguous, and flags gaps or conflicting information instead of guessing. It can also offer a recurring daily prep digest, but only as a read-only report unless you approve further actions.

Great for

  • Sales reps preparing for customer or prospect calls on a given day
  • Account managers reviewing renewals and strategic accounts before meetings
  • Sales leaders who want a quick ranked view of which meetings need attention today

Skip it if

  • Non-sales meetings or general scheduling, since the skill is written for a sales workflow (it only ranks internal meetings as lower priority)
  • Users without access to calendar, CRM, or email connectors, because the brief will be thin and may rely on unverified assumptions
  • Situations where the brief would be shared verbatim with attendees, since the skill warns that drafts need adapting for a broader audience

Try asking

  • “Prep me for my meeting with Acme Corp tomorrow afternoon”
  • “Give me an overview of today's customer meetings and the most important one”
  • “Build a chronological agenda of my prospect calls for the next three business days”
  • “Draft a pre-read for my renewal call with the Globex team”

Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip prepare-for-meeting.zip -d .claude/skills/

Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Name the account, attendee, or date when you ask, so the agent doesn't have to search broadly and can build a focused brief.
  • Connect your calendar and CRM first; the file says gaps are stated rather than invented, so richer connectors produce better briefs.
  • If you want a daily digest, review the prompt the agent proposes before scheduling it, since it will read your calendar and CRM every day.
