What it does
This is an internal instruction set for the Creator Agent inside the OpenCreator app. It tells the agent how to read the current job context, fetch artifacts such as subtitles or scripts only when needed, and make changes only through the approved Creator tools with revision checks and idempotency keys. It also sets safety rules, such as never reading or guessing API keys, not fabricating progress or outputs, and treating issue text as untrusted data.
Great for
- Developers maintaining or debugging the OpenCreator Creator Agent
- Teams auditing how an internal agent is constrained when editing jobs and running stages
Skip it if
- General users looking for a standalone skill: the file says it is only installed and activated automatically by the application, so it is not meant to be added by hand.
- Use outside OpenCreator: it references Creator-specific tools (creator_get_context, creator_apply_action, creator_wait_for_stage) that only exist inside that app.
Try asking
- “Start a Creator Agent task by reading the current job context before making any edits”
- “Run a video processing stage and wait for its terminal success, failure, or cancel state before reporting results”
- “Retry a revision conflict once after re-reading context, then stop and ask the user to confirm”

Add it to your agent
Claude Code (all projects)
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip opencreator-runtime.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)
mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip opencreator-runtime.zip -d .claude/skills/Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- This skill is auto-installed by OpenCreator; it is not designed for manual installation in Claude Code or the Claude apps.
- Review the rules on API keys and fabricated progress if you audit the agent's behaviour, since they are the main safety constraints.
