What it does

This skill lets an AI agent send messages into existing OpenClaw assistant sessions, either on the same computer or on another machine reached over SSH. It can ask a session a private question, post text or media to a channel, or queue work and poll for the reply. The agent uses a bundled Python script to do this, so it can route messages without you copy-pasting between tools.

Skip it if

  • Starting or inspecting sessions on the team.openclaw.ai server: the SKILL.md says that is a different skill (team-handoff) and this one will not handle it
  • Posting to a public channel without review: force-send bypasses the target session's own decision about whether to post, so a mistake reaches the audience directly
  • People without an OpenClaw installation or gateway: the script depends on the acpx tool and a gateway token and will not work without them

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Run doctor first to confirm acpx, the token file and the targets file are ready before sending anything.
  • Use ask or a tiny probe before force-send so you do not post the wrong text to a live channel.
  • Pass multiline messages with --text-file rather than shell-quoting them, and review the text first.
