What it does
This skill teaches an AI agent how to read public blockchain data, such as how many wallets are active, where large holders are moving coins, how much money is locked in DeFi apps, and valuation ratios like MVRV, NVT and SOPR. Once installed, the agent can explain what these metrics mean and suggest bullish or bearish readings for crypto markets. The file itself contains only written guidance and thresholds; it does not fetch live data on its own.
Great for
- Crypto investors who want an explanation of on-chain metrics before making decisions
- Analysts or students learning how blockchain data is interpreted
- Researchers drafting a market commentary that references on-chain indicators
Skip it if
- Making trade or investment decisions on its own: the signals are generic heuristics with historical examples, not guaranteed predictions, and can be wrong in any market regime
- Real-time alerts or live dashboards: the file contains no data feed or connector to a blockchain source
- Tax, legal or regulatory questions about crypto holdings, which need a qualified professional
Try asking
- “Explain what MVRV above 3.5 usually signals and how reliable that historically has been”
- “Track whether the active-address trend for Bitcoin supports the current price move”
- “Describe the whale-tracking signals to watch when a large BTC transfer hits an exchange”
- “Interpret the current SOPR reading and whether it suggests profit-taking or capitulation”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Ask for the data you have (e.g. a published MVRV value) so the agent interprets your numbers rather than invented ones; the skill gives no live figures.
- Treat the thresholds (such as NVT 150 or SOPR 1.05) as rules of thumb and check them against current sources before acting.
- Combine several metrics instead of relying on one, since the skill itself presents signals as indicators rather than certainties.
