What it does

This skill runs a structured 12-question interview with a founder about the company's stage, business model, finances, team, and current priorities and risks. The answers are saved to a single markdown file at ~/.claude/company-context.md, which other advisor skills in the c-level-agents set read before answering, so their advice is based on the company's real facts rather than guesses. It is meant to be run first, and again after big changes such as a fundraise.

  • Answer with specific figures and the founder's own wording for the ICP and risks, since advisors rely on those details
