What it does

When an NDA arrives, the agent reads your team's written NDA playbook and sorts the agreement into GREEN (safe to sign), YELLOW (a lawyer should check one or two specific points), or RED (stop before anyone spends time on it). It also flags NDAs that secretly contain non-confidentiality obligations such as standstills, exclusivity, or IP assignments, and warns if output is about to be shared somewhere that could lose legal privilege. The file is written as a reference for sales and business teams to self-serve before involving legal.

Get better results
