What it does
This skill lets an AI agent record a dated development on a legal matter (such as a filing, a discovery step, a settlement offer, or a risk change) into a history file and update the matter's log entry. Before logging, it checks that the matter already exists in the matter log, and it prompts the user to confirm whether the event changes materiality, status, or deadlines. If the user is accepting a settlement and is not a lawyer, it pauses and offers a summary to take to an attorney.
