What it does

When a user says they want to bring a new legal matter into the portfolio, the agent walks through a uniform set of questions covering the matter's identity, conflicts check, source, risk triage, materiality, outside counsel, internal owners, legal hold, and key dates. It then creates a narrative intake file, a history file seeded with the intake, and a structured row in a shared log so the matter can be tracked alongside others. It is designed to stop and require a conflicts decision before writing any records.
