What it does

Once installed, when a user asks to review a launch or whether a feature can ship, the agent reads the product requirements, checks the launch against each category of a legal review framework (contracts, privacy, security, IP, third parties, regulation), and writes a review memo that says what must happen before shipping. It is designed to use the team's own calibration file so findings match what actually blocks launches at that company, flags any AI components, and offers routing to related review skills. It does not replace a lawyer's judgment; the skill itself says a lawyer decides whether to accept lower-confidence sources.
