What it does

This is a small compatibility shim, not a standalone capability. It exists so that older configurations which name 'lark-vc-agent' still work. When it is triggered, it tells the agent to read the lark-meeting skill file and follow the routing and instructions there. The skill itself does not handle any meeting task directly.
