This skill teaches an AI agent how to work with approval workflows in Feishu/Lark, a workplace collaboration suite. Once installed, the agent can look up approval templates, submit new approval requests such as leave or expense claims, check your pending and completed approvals, and approve, reject, transfer, roll back, remind, cancel, or copy others on approvals. It does this by calling the lark-cli command-line tool, acting as the user, and it reads its bundled reference notes before each call so it uses the correct fields.

Get better results

  • Be specific about which approval or instance you mean, such as its name or code, so the agent does not need to search through many items.
  • Review the details before asking for an approve, reject, or cancel action, since these write changes to live workflows on behalf of your account.
  • If an action fails with error 1395001, the approval state has likely changed; check the status once rather than asking the agent to retry repeatedly.
