What it does

When you paste or attach an agreement, the agent reads the intellectual property parts (who owns work product, what licences are granted, warranties and indemnities) and checks them against a practice profile your team sets up. It produces a memo ranked by risk, flagging weak or missing assignment language first, with suggested replacement wording. It is designed to support a lawyer, not replace one.
