What it does

Once installed, the agent acts as a program manager for the legal side of a company acquisition after closing. It builds a phased workplan (day 1, 30, 90, 180), keeps a tracker of required and desired third-party consents, sorts a company's contracts by how they must be assigned or consented to, generates weekly status reports, and exports the tracker to CSV or tables. It reads deal documents such as the purchase agreement and closing checklist when available, and saves its tracker as a YAML file in a local folder on the user's machine.

Great for

  • In-house or outside counsel managing legal workstreams after an M&A deal closes
  • Legal ops teams that need a consistent tracker for consents and contract assignments across many contracts

Skip it if

  • Business, IT, or HR integration planning, which the skill explicitly excludes; it covers legal workstreams only
  • Anyone relying on it as a substitute for reviewing the purchase agreement, since it extracts deadlines from documents the lawyer must verify

Try asking

  • “Run /integration-management --init to build a post-closing workplan from our purchase agreement”
  • “Show what consents are still outstanding on the deal”
  • “Import the contract list and tier each contract by assignment mechanism”
  • “Generate this week's integration status report for the deal lead”
Step-by-step guide: how to use M&A Integration TrackerInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the Apache-2.0 licence and an attribution note.

    integration-management.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip integration-management.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip integration-management.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Provide the purchase agreement first; the Required Consents schedule and covenants give the most accurate deadlines
  • Have an attorney verify extracted dates and consent classifications before relying on the tracker
  • Use the flag options such as --contracts and --report to run specific modes
