What it does
This skill is a short instruction file that tells an AI agent to put you through a tough, persistent question-and-answer session about a plan or design you have. Instead of accepting your idea at face value, the agent pushes on weak spots, gaps, and assumptions so the plan is sharper by the end. The SKILL.md file itself is minimal: its body only tells the agent to call a Skill tool with the word "grilling", so the actual interview behaviour depends on a separate skill or tool named "grilling" that is not included in the provided files.
Great for
- Developers who want a critical review of a feature or architecture plan before writing code
- Founders or product people who want their strategy stress-tested by an agent
- Anyone preparing a design doc who wants likely objections surfaced early
Skip it if
- Users who want a quick answer or finished output rather than being questioned, since the skill is built to be demanding
- Situations where the referenced "grilling" skill is not installed, because the file alone does not contain the interview logic and the agent may be unable to run it
Try asking
- “Grill me on my plan to migrate our database to a new provider”
- “Interview me about this product design until the weak points are clear”
- “Sharpen my plan for a weekend side project by asking hard questions”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Give the agent your plan or design in full detail before triggering the interview, so the questions have something to work with.
- Check that the "grilling" skill it calls is installed in your environment, since this file only invokes it.
- Answer honestly; the value comes from the agent probing your real assumptions.
