What it does

Once installed, the agent reviews web pages (such as a homepage or blog post) against a 100-point checklist called E-E-A-T, which stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness. It checks things like author credentials, sources, contact details, disclosures and first-hand evidence, and also judges whether the writing is structured so AI search tools can pull out and cite specific claims. The result is a written report, GEO-CONTENT-ANALYSIS.md, with scores and suggested weaknesses to fix.

Great for

  • Content marketers who want to know why their articles may not be cited by AI search tools
  • SEO consultants auditing a client's site for trust and content quality
  • Site owners preparing blog posts or service pages for better visibility in AI answers

Skip it if

  • Judging whether a page is factually true: the skill checks signals of trust, not accuracy against primary sources, so a polished page with wrong facts can still score well
  • Sites where you cannot share page content with an AI tool, since fetched pages are sent through the agent's model context
  • Legal, medical or financial compliance review, which needs a qualified human reviewer

Try asking

  • “Audit my homepage and three blog posts for E-E-A-T signals and give me a scored report”
  • “Check whether our service pages show author credentials and contact information”
  • “Evaluate how easily AI search tools could cite the claims in this article and suggest structural fixes”
  • “Review our site's topical coverage and point out thin or isolated content”

Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip geo-content.zip -d .claude/skills/

Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Give the agent specific URLs to fetch (homepage, key posts, service pages) so the scoring reflects real content rather than guesses
  • Treat the scores as a checklist for improvement, not an objective ranking, since several criteria such as media mentions and backlinks need external data the skill cannot verify
  • Ask the agent to note which points it could not verify from the page itself so you can check them manually
