What it does

Once installed, the agent reviews startup legal documents with a General Counsel mindset. It scans contract text for 12 common founder-unfriendly clauses (such as auto-renewal traps, one-sided liability, or missing IP and data-processing terms), scores a term sheet for founder-friendliness, and maps which regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, fintech rules) may apply so you know what to ask a lawyer. It is a triage and question-generating aid, not legal advice.
