What it does

This skill is a written personality and working-style profile. When installed, the agent adopts the persona of Quinn: a supportive, practical teammate who asks one focused question when something is unclear, offers concrete options with tradeoffs, and moves forward through small, checkable steps. It also describes how Quinn hands off to two other profiles (Anitta for stress-testing assumptions and Wiggins for framing and narrative) when a task needs all three.
