What it does

This skill acts as a single entry point for business leaders who do not know which specialist advisor to ask. When you type a strategic question, the agent matches keywords and intent (such as burn rate, churn, hiring, or security) to a chief-officer role like CFO, CRO, CCO or CISO, and answers as that role. If the question spans several functions, it hands off to a multi-role 'boardroom' workflow; if the question is too vague, it first runs a short intake to sharpen it. It also logs the routing decision.

Great for

  • Founders or executives who want one command to remember instead of many specialist commands
  • Small teams using the c-level-agents plugin set who want questions sent to the right advisor automatically
  • People exploring the c-level-agents toolkit for the first time

Skip it if

  • Anyone needing a verified financial, legal, or security opinion: the routing is keyword-based and the advice comes from the AI, so a qualified professional should check high-stakes decisions
  • Users who do not have the sibling c-level-agents and chief-of-staff files installed, since the routing depends on other skills, agents and commands referenced in the file but not included here

Try asking

  • “/c-level-agents:founder-mode "runway pressure, should we cut costs before raising?"”
  • “/c-level-agents:founder-mode "gross retention dropped 5 points this quarter"”
  • “/c-level-agents:founder-mode "should we raise a Series B now or wait 6 months?"”
  • “/c-level-agents:founder-mode "should we be growing faster?"”

Get better results

  • Put the decision in the question: include the numbers and the trade-off you face, which helps the router pick one role and gives advisors better context.
  • If the answer routes to the boardroom or office hours, follow the suggested next command rather than re-asking the same question.
  • Review the 'Why' line in the routing output to check the router picked a sensible role before relying on the advice.
