What it does

This skill lets an AI assistant pick up an existing tracker for a country-by-country expansion project (such as hiring in a new country) and bring it up to date. You tell the assistant what has changed since last time, and it records those changes, works out which tasks are now unblocked, flags anything past its due date, and lists the next priorities. It reads and writes a local tracker file in the user's configuration folder rather than a shared system.
