What it does

This skill turns the agent into a keeper of a corporate filing calendar. It reads your entity list from a configuration file, builds a YAML tracker of annual reports, franchise taxes and similar filings by entity and state, and reports what is due in the next 30, 60 or 90 days. It can also run a health audit, walk through overdue items, and export the tracker to CSV or a table. It is designed to organize data from your registered agent, not replace their compliance calendar.

Great for

  • Founders or in-house legal teams tracking annual reports and franchise taxes across several states
  • Operations staff who need a simple, editable record of entity good-standing status
  • Legal teams that want a shareable CSV export of upcoming corporate filings

Skip it if

  • Authoritative compliance decisions: the built-in deadline reference may be outdated, so deadlines must be confirmed with the registered agent or Secretary of State (reason: the skill itself says so)
  • Complex international or multi-jurisdiction footprints managed by local counsel, where the skill's assumptions may not apply (reason: the skill notes output may not apply as written in those cases)
  • Delaware entities with no recorded entity type, since the skill flags them for confirmation rather than computing a deadline (reason: DE corporations, LLCs and LPs have different deadlines)

Try asking

  • “Initialize my entity compliance tracker from my entity table”
  • “What filings are due in the next 90 days?”
  • “Run a health audit on my entities and tell me which are not in good standing”
  • “Export my compliance tracker to CSV for the board”

Get better results

  • Fill in the entity type for every Delaware entity in your entity table so the correct deadline rule is applied
  • Treat the tracker as an organizing aid and check every deadline against your registered agent's calendar or the Secretary of State website before acting
  • Run --report regularly and --sweep after onboarding to resolve items marked unknown
